• Fuel Surcharge Breakdown: $5.00 plus $4.00 surcharge  – Downtown,  $10.00 plus $6.00 surcharge  – Within a 3 - 8 miles radius, $15.00 plus $8.00 surcharge – Within a 8 – 12 miles radius, Outside Loop 1604: Based on mileage plus a surcharge
